Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@zantrayclothing.com with your order details and reason for the return.
• Return shipping is free.
• A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Alternatively, you can choose store credit for the full amount of your order (no restocking fee applied).
• Outlet items are Final Sale

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
• Exchanges are free of charge.
• If you’d like to exchange an item, simply let us know the reason and the item you’d like in return.
• Outlet items are Final Sale

Eligibility

• All items are eligible for return or exchange except those marked Final Sale, Outlet items, and men’s underwear.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
